The Site
The site was previously part of a multi-storey public car park.
The Development
Block A includes 90 one- and two-bedroom apartments built above part of an existing car park, with a leisure club on the ground, first and second floors, and secure car parking for residents just below the leisure club. Block B comprises 18 homes for elderly people built on the site of a car park along Butts Road.
Regent Contractors Contribution
Regent Contractors worked with the client to secure the complex planning permissions required for the new development, including demolition of the front part of the car park and refurbishment of the remainder to provide 250+ spaces.
