The Site

The footprint of the original building did not continue the commercial frontage on Craven Park Road and failed to maximise the potential of the corner site.

The Development

The development creates 47 new homes including: 

  • 19 one-bedroom flats, each with two rooms
  • 21 two-bedroom flats, each with three rooms
  • 6 three-bedroom flats, each with five rooms
  • 1 four-bedroom apartment, with six rooms

 The flats are split between two blocks.

Regent Contractors Contribution

Regent Contractors, working closely with the developer, produced an attractive and functional new design that creates a street-like multi-façade appearance, with a footprint providing space to the rear boundary and making full use of the corner site.
