The brief from the client on this project was to build a large rear extension to modernise and increase the kitchen area, whilst creating a patio in the garden.

The internal refurbishment was applied to both the ground and first floor, incorporating the living room and hallways and a newly created bathroom.  The kitchen was completely renovated to a high standard specification, including italian marble worktops.

The first floor required the refurbishmant of all 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom.

Work also included renovation to the external front of the property.
