This work-in-progress situated in Finchley, London N3 incorporated us to firstly erect a stell boxframe for the large scale loft conversion. Also included in the works is a rear extension to the existing 3 bedroom property which, after completion, will have 7 bedrooms and a home office.
An area of 120 square metres of excavation and underpinning has been required to create the basement spanning the entire area of the property. This will allow the client to divide the area into a home cinema, gym and leisure / utility room.
The internal finishing will be to a high-spec and standard, including underfloor heating throughout and a hand-made solid oak staircase spanning three floors, all with matching doors and woodwork.
